From Humble Beginnings Come Great Things

It all started when Michael Neely wanted to get out of restaurants and go back to his business roots in sales and marketing in 2011. It took another few years to get the first clients in graphic design building post card mailers for marketing consultants and another client who relied heavily on direct mail marketing at the time. Next, we started building WordPress sites for small businesses in and around the Atlanta area. Then we started building sites nationwide.

I Learned About Inbound Marketing in 2009

I read the original Inbound Marketing from Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah about getting found on Google, social media, and blogs. Later this was revised into the Attract, Engage, and Delight customers model that is the basis for inbound marketing today.

I Was Introduced to HubSpot CRM in 2016

Coming from a background in sales, Michael Neely has been fascinated with customer relationship management ever since he realized he could ditch his old index card files in 1999. He got reminders of when to send birthday cards to prospects, when to place follow up calls, and even reminders of what the last conversation was about. After trying out several that didn't meet his needs or liking he reluctantly tried HubSpot's CRM i 2016 and found it customizable and exactly what he was looking for. It didn't have the simple reminders he remembered on his first customer relationship management solution, it was better!
